The most accurate way to determine the correct size is to measure from the front left hip where the suspenders will attach to the pants and over the left shoulder to the center of the back of the pants where the suspenders will attach.

Round up to the nearest measurement. For example, a measurement of 42" will be rounded to 48" (L).
