How's the new year treating you so far? Things are cruising right along over here. I wanted to take some time to jot down a quick roundup of what's in store for 2023, what I'm loving at the moment, and what I'm on the hunt for this year.

My word of the Year for 2023:
Gratitude.

My Main Goal for 2023: 
Raise my frequency.

What I'm Most Excited for This Year: 
Surprise - baby #2 is on the way! Bradley’s been such a joy and a beacon of happiness in our lives and we’re beyond excited to add to the family this year!

We’re also excited to travel to Costa Rica this year and continue our exploration of Central and South America - personally and professionally. 

January Favorites: 
First - Playdough. I know this is an odd one, but bear with me. I used to love it as a child, and my daughter has become mesmerized by it. It’s also fun to play around with while on zoom calls or throughout the day.

Second - the Lululemon Drysense Shirts have become my go to casual t-shirt and transition into a great workout shirt.

What I'm On the Hunt for This Year:
More quiet time outside in nature, particularly at the beach or on the water.

Also, a hobby. I’ve been searching for a hobby for years now and still haven’t found something that engages me and excites me in a way where I just lose track of time. The hunt continues.

Lastly, I just got a bicycle and a carrier to tote the kiddos around in. Now I’m looking for some great trails!

Small Moments I'm Loving Right Now:
Burning Palo Santo in my office and listening to this song.
